It's around 2000 words for issue #1, and it just begins to introduce some pivotal characters to my Spider-Man! I hope everyone enjoys!

I really like Vulture as a rabid cannibal. Not sure if he's like that in the comics (I can't remember him being like that) but either way I like it. You kind of glossed over Vulture's rampage, but it still worked. I'm not big on origin story's, and really Spider-Man's origin has been told so many ways I'm OK with it being skipped over. Good stuff so far, keep it up.

Noir Vulture was a cannibal. He seems to be drawing elements from various versions of Parker into this one. Gwen seems to be more of the 616 version (I will have to explore my Spidey comics again to make sure), he has the Noir Vulture, and organic webbing courtesy of the movie.
I also agree about skipping the origin here (The Amazing Spider-Man movie managed to work well with it, but others might not). It is very well written except for a couple of mistakes here and there.
Things I didn't like: Gwen's and Parker's meeting was kind of clichéd and the Vulture scenes were a little confusing. You didn't explain at all that Toomes had changed except for vague clues. As though he always had wings and claws. If you did, I missed it.
So, I shall be waiting for the next one. I really love Spider-Man, and this probably won't diminish my fanboyism for the web-slinger any time soon.

The reason behind me glossing over the Vulture parts was because I'm not really that great with writing 3rd person and I figured the shorter the parts are, the harder it is for me to make serious mistakes.
Also, for the Vulture, I took it from Noir, just like SK said. And the organic webbing was just because I didn't want to have to figure out how Peter pays for College, apartment and expensive web shooters and materials. So yeah. I'm plotting the 2nd and 3rd issues now.

Alright, well, due to the fact that I have no life for the next few days until my Fall Semester starts, and seeing as how I have the strangest urge to write, I will be working endlessly on Spider-Man! I hope you guys enjoy Brand New Day part 2!

It is definitely better than your first issue which I had also liked. Can't wait for the Lizard story. Lizard is beast! But hopefully you will develop the female cast more than just sex objects. That is what Frank Miller (Wait, is that the name of the maker of Batman: Year One) would do, and that is something I don't like about Miller. Although some of his works are great like his Daredevil run or The Dark Knight Returns and Batman: Year One.

Gwen Stacy will play a major roll during the Brand New Day storyline, but MJ won't be pivotal till the second storyline: One Last Day.

For a second, I misread it as One More Day. I haven't read it, but I heard enough to never touch it. Along with Clone Saga.

I enjoyed One More Day because it was risky and it worker in the end. I haven't managed to track down all of the Clone Saga yet tho. I also do plan to name my third story One More Day to follow One Last Day.

So what is the rule about mini-series?

You can do one at anytime but can only about characters you claimed.

Alright, so my goal is to work as hard as I possibly can I put out six quality issues by Monday. I'm not sure if I can do it, but I am more than willing to try. Once Monday hits, I'll step back on production though and probably go to a normal one or two issues a month deal...
But oh well, I hope I can pull it off!

Don't stretch yourself too much, it might reduce quality. I enjoyed this issue as well, keep up the good work.

Issue #3 is up and I am now half-way to continuity!!!

There's a load of stuff which is just Flash, Peter, Gwen, Harry etc being "bros", and it kind of gets boring and redundant. The stuff with Vulture, Kingpin etc is interesting and fun to read, but it's not as good when every other scene is just quite boring. Other than that it's good.

Alright, I'll keep that in mind, but this issue was mainly just to show that everyone is becoming friends with everyone else. Note: That is ^ right there, I wasn't sure what word to go with...so if it's wrong, don't laugh.

I didn't think it was boring. Wasn't the most exciting read that Mezarro has so far, but I still liked it. And also, I CAN SERIOUSLY NOT WAIT FOR LIZARD TO TRULY COME!

EPIC! Except for the Mary Jane fainting part. I think she fainted too soon. But that is my personal opinion. Here comes Kraven!

I am now sure that I will reach my continuity goal because, since I have had no major complaints about my first story arc so far, I am assuming it is quality work.
Well, I will not be on during my 11-2 range of when I like to post issues tomorrow, so I am posting this one now.
Here is the PENULTIMATE CHAPTER of the Brand New Day story arc. It reveals interesting things about certain characters, and builds up to a conclusion no one will expect, but you have all secretly been hoping for.
Here it is and I hope you enjoy AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #5!

For a second, I thought you were gonna have it that Harry was Hobgoblin like the Ultimate universe. Now I am curious about Dr. Conners... Anyway, another great issues although it got a little confusing in the middle and some mistakes were a little more noticeable than others. I think you just went and jinxed yourself.

Can you elaborate on how I jinxed myself just for me for future reference.

I look back through it tomorrow and cut any major flub from it that I see. Also, as time goes on, Peter will get better jokes, I promise.
Also, Curt well...let's just say that he has more to do with the Lizard than you'd think...
And they whole point of the first Harry segment was to lead you to come to the conclusion of Hobgoblinness.

I'm slightly puzzled by Peter's need to get patched up a few issues back if he has a healing factor. I've been enjoying the ride so far though. Keep up the good work.

So I just read issue one and I have one thing to say: slow down. You gloss over soma lot of details in the first issue. I Liked the issue and all but it had a lot of room for growth.
And saying you aren't good at a certain point of view is a weak excuse for glossing over the Vulture transformation. As a writer you should want to tackle your weaknesses head on especially in a friendly writing environment like the board should be.
All that being said I enjoyed the issue and will give number two a shot sometime this evening. Keep up the hard work.
