So, it's something we've done in the past and I thought it would be a fun thing to do now to get a little activity on the site. For writers of ASM preboot, what were your plans for your titles? Even if you weren't writing a title directly before the reboot, what were your plans for past titles?
I had a lot going on, so I won't be able to get to it all now. I think I'll discuss Avenger Broken first.
Issue 3 would've launched with Cap, later in the night after the Ultimates press conference. He'd be working off some steam, helping out in a fire. Amidst the fire, Cap would be joined by another vigilante with a scrappy costume--Patriot. Throughout the scuffle of saving lives, Patriot would get injured. Outside, after Patriot's been taken to a hospital, a news reporter would inform Cap of the Banshee problem, and that a number of teens were using it to become superheroes. The Avengers had inspired these teens, and now a number of them were getting hurt, as well as...well, shooting up with Banshee.
The Spidey/Cap confrontation would be redone from Cap's POV. Afterwards, Cap confronts Tony about his alcoholism. They fight and Tony leaves the Mansion drunk. Nearby, Hank and Janet share a moment before Janet discovers Ultron. They fight as well. Janet wants to tell the others about it, but Hank demands she doesn't. Eventually she agrees, but she's not happy with him. Meanwhile, Carol kicks ass alongside the Ultimates, supposedly arresting the hacker terrorist.
Unfortunately it isn't the real hacker. He appears on electronics again and leaks out the Bruce/Hulk being hidden by the Avengers secret. With this final straw, the public is furious with the Avengers. Their approval rating is below 50% for the first time since their inception. Lastly, the hacker reveals a traitor is on the team. In response, the mayor of New York condemns the Avengers.
4- Carol convinces Cap to give a press conference. Only he, Carol and Janet show. They apologize and promise to be more honest in the future, but claim they won't give up Bruce. People are naturally pissed. Elsewhere, Tony gets into a fight with another drunk and suddenly loses control of his armor. He knocks out the drunk before being attacked by others. He injures a dozen before Carol comes in and stops him. The attack is blamed on his erratic, drunk behavior, despite his claims otherwise. Tony gets arrested. Meanwhile, Bruce and Hank have a similar situation. They share drinks before getting into a bar fight with angry citizens. Bruce hulks out but is apprehended by the Ultimates. Both he and Hank are arrested.
Cap visits Patriot in the hospital, only to be called by Johnny Storm. Johnny warns him about AIM, explaining they'd been investigating the company for months now. Captain America decides the best response is to raid an AIM facility. Carol and Janet don't comply. He goes at it alone, but finds nothing. In the end he fights the Winter Soldier, who defeats him with many of his own moves. Cap is arrested by SHIELD agents, but not before one of them slips him a coin, which he drops into his boot. Cap is brought to Tyrone Cash, where he finds the other Avengers. All of them had been arrested for hiding Bruce.
5- Tyrone Cash explains to the Avengers his backstory. He was a certified genius, and had once taught at MIT. During that time, as his wife, Jocasta, helped out in Africa, she was killed during one of Iron Man's early fights as he tried to clean up his own weapons mess. Later on, during the battle with the Masters of Evil, Tyrone's daughter was killed in the crossfire. He explains that he had come to hate superhumans, and even more specifically the Avengers. A mysterious man had offered him a chance to get revenge, which he took. He changed his name and came to work for AIM as their Scientist Supreme. From there, the Ultimates plan was launched.
Tyrone claims he has sent one of his agents, dressed as Captain America, to go kill a Senator. His plan is for that to be the last straw in breaking the Avengers. Additionally, after being asked, Cash explains he plans to use the Ultimates to ultimately act as a terrorist organization. It would destroy the public's opinion of superhumans, and create a mass revolt against the "gods." Cash continues to divide the team by explaining all their secrets. Ultron. Janet's secret attempts to find David Cannon. Lastly. Cash reveals to Cap the ID of the Winter Soldiers as none other than Bucky Barnes! Cash explains that HYDRA first discovered and revived him, before quickly losing him to a stronger Soviet army. Overtime he was shuffled around until he fell into the hands of AIM.
Finally, Cash reveals their traitor--VISION. The AI had been compromised, controlled by Cash's own AI, named after his dead wife with a robot body to model her--Jocasta. Meanwhile, Cap's restraints are freed as an arrow crashes through the window and breaks his cuffs open. Cap realizes the coin was a tracking device. He engages Cash, who runs away, and then frees the Avengers. The Avengers fight the Ultimates. Cap confronts Bucky, only to receive a "who the hell is Bucky?" The Winter Soldier escapes and runs off.
Cash takes a Hulk serum he'd derived from Bruce's blood as he was unconscious. He defeats most of the Avengers until Bruce comes to and hulks out. He kicks Cash's ass. He's stopped by Tony, but the Hulk runs off anyway. Meanwhile, Hank steals Jocasta details to use on Ultron to give him a personality. The Avengers take data from AIM computers to reveal to the public as elsewhere, Hawkeye stops the Cap-assassin.
In the end, the Avengers are pardoned, but the damage had been done. Tony and Hank takes leaves of absence. Janet argues for the team, but ultimately both Caps shut her down. Steve shuts down the team, choosing to go after the escaped Bucky.
Epilogue 1- Winter Soldier wanders around Oklahoma before being confronted by Nick Fury, who offers him a job.
Epilogue 2- The Ultimates are brought to a prison under the Triskelion. Coulson presents an offer to all of them--join the Thunderbolts of face life in prison. Meanwhile, in that same prison, David receives visions of the future. He sees visions of a broken world...and of Ultron!

I'm sorry I'm a perfectionist and so horribly indecisive (Hulk or X-Force? HULK OR X-FORCE?), or some of this might actually have gotten written.
This was my mostly-complete claims list:
Title: All_Star Iron Man Subtitle: The Armored Avenger Heroes: Iron Man (Tony Stark), War Machine (James 'Rhodey' Rhodes) Villains: Obadiah Stane, Sasha Hammer, Titanium Man (Jake Miller), Tinkerer (Phineas Mason), Blizzard (Donald Gill), Stilt-Man (Wilbur Day), Songbird (Melissa Gold), Madame Masque (Whitney Frost) Support: Pepper Potts, Happy Hogan, Maya Hansen, Natalie Rushman Wallpaper: VISION, Justin Hammer, Stark Resilient, Hammer Industries, Stane International
The series' first twelve issues would have been dedicated to Tony learning to be a hero again. For those not in the know, the first arc of Avengers revealed that Kang the Conquerer was actually a future Tony Stark. My series would have opened with Tony being self destructive and Pepper metaphorically slapping some sense into him. She'd try to convince him that all he needs to do is reinvent himself to avoid Kang's future, but Tony would be stricken with indecision; what if reinventing himself is what turns him into Kang?
Fury and SHIELD would be of the opinion that Tony was a ticking time bomb, pun totally intended. Tony would try to get Fury's trust and fail horrendously; why would Fury trust someone he has definitive proof will become a time traveling douchenozzle? This'd go on until Tony decides to make Fury's distrust of him work for him; he'd give Fury a suit of Iron Man armor that would eventually get a bunch of guns welded to it, becoming the War Machine. Maya Hansen would be put in charge of Project Sulfate, the anti-Iron Man division of SHIELD, and she would put the War Machine in the hands of Stark's old friend James Rhodes. Her logic is that not only would Rhodey know how Stark fights and respond accordingly with military precision, but his friendship with Stark would be a sort of buffer, keeping him from taking Iron Man out until he was absolutely sure his friend had gone bad.
Obadiah Stane and Sasha Hammer (we need more female characters) would work together to design a corporate hero to rival Iron Man, a hero they'd codename the Titanium Man. They'd focus test everything about him, from his design to the all-American man they'd hire to pilot it - Jake Miller, a name I stole from Ultimate Titanium Man. He's a young adult man, quarterback of his high school football team, a mechanic, the whole 'classic Americana' thing. He would also begin sleeping with Sasha even though he's married, a ploy on her part to make sure he's more loyal to her than to Stane.
Meanwhile, a number of Stark's old villains - Blizzard, Stilt-Man (seriously), Songbird - would be reinvented with technology Stark would eventually discover is directly based on Iron Man technology. This leads into the subplot of Tinkerer using Madame Masque to infiltrate Stark Resilient, where she poses as his secretary Natalie Rushman (implied to be Black Widow like in Iron Man 2, but she totes isn't).
Iron Man keeps getting shown up by Titanium Man when he tries to apprehend the armored criminals. He's suspicious at first, but Jim is just so charismatic that Tony can't help but like the guy. They even start hanging out, but Jim isn't really one to hang out with the rich partiers that Stark hangs with. Still, the two become friends.
Until Sasha Hammer decides that she wants Jim for herself and has his family killed.
Titanium Man's the one going all BSOD now. He knows who's at fault for killing his wife and kid (...somehow. I had not figured this out yet). Stark intercepts him and tries talking to Jim, but Titanium Man attacks him in a rage. Iron Man is forced to fight Titanium Man, trying to stop him from hunting down Stane and Hammer, but unfortunately, all SHIELD and War Machine see is Iron Man blasting Titanium Man in the face. War Machine and Titanium Man are both too tough for Stark, and Iron Man is arrested. He's thrown into a cell deep in the bowels of Project Sulfate. Forever.
Except, y'know, not forever. Tinkerer sends his armored villain friends to attack the Triskelion, damaging War Machine in the process. Rhodey convinces May Hansen to let Stark go; let's be honest, it's not like he was going to be imprisoned forever in his own series anyway. Iron Man beats them. I swear it would have been more interesting than I'm making it sound here. He then flies off to stop Jim Miller from making an awful mistake, because Titanium Man has for some reason stalled for however long Stark was locked up. My lack of specificity here is mostly why I never actually posted the claim.
Iron Man confronts Titanium Man before he horribly murders Stand and Hammer, but not before Titanium Man destroys one of their buildings. Stark gives Miller one last talk, trying to explain that he knows Jim Miller, he believes in Jim Miller, and that Jim Miller will only become a villain if he makes that choice himself. This speech, while meant for Miller, resonates with Stark too; he'll only become Kang if HE makes that choice too.
Then they fight and Miller loses because superheroes.

I want to revive this thread, and I originally planned to do it during the Con.
First off, what plots/plans did you have in the past (preboot or not) and ALSO what plans have you had for other sites/stories/etc.? For example, I plan on explaining some of my plans for Batman and Flash from the Infinite DC site. Soon enough, after I take a comic break I'll jump right into my Spider-Man preboot plans, starting with the one shot explaining Aaron Davis/Green Goblin's background.

NOTE: Most of these, so I can get them out as quickly as possible, will be in the form I outlined them in. If I don't have to go into more detail in things then I won't. However, if I do, I'll make sure to add a little on. Sorry if it reads awkwardly. Again, these are my summary notes.
NOTE 2: This won't mean shit to you if you haven't read my original Spider-Man run.
Spider-Man (2013) #16.1: The Secret Origin of the Green Goblin -Aaron chills at home when Jefferson comes in escorted by cops. Jeff is scarred. Demaryus was killed. Jeff blames Carl and heroes. -Later, a scene at highschool where Aaron and Jeff meet Rio. -Later again, Jeff comes into their house and tells Aaron he has an opportunity with a gang. It's their big break, a chance for money and glory. -A few days later, the two head towards a heist (just the two of them), but Jeff appears doubtful. Says they shouldn’t do it, his conscience catching up to him. Aaron argues other way. This is their test. If they fail, they're dead. If they succeed, they're into the biggest gang in NYC. Jeff leaves. Aaron gets caught and arrested. -Jeff meets Aaron in jail. Rio comes. Jeff admits to calling cops, also tells Aaron he and Rio are dating. Aaron is pissed. -Later, Aaron gets out of jail. Acts chill but hates Jeff. He and Rio grow closer. Rio and Jeff struggling in their relationship. Aaron and Rio sleep together. -Later, Rio reveals to Aaron she is preggers. Aaron is happy. Rio is not. Claims it’s Jeff’s. Says she’s marrying Jeff. Aaron gets pissed. -Miles is born. Aaron watches from out of the room as Jeff holds the baby. -MUCH, MUCH later, Aaron gives Miles a wallet for birthday. Is great uncle. Disappears to head down to Mexico. -Aaron gets caught in deals with Scorpion. Ends up in “accidental” car crash. -Aaron's near-death, but saved by Harry Osborn who offers him Oz to heal him. Aaron accepts. Oz drives him nuts and he and plans death of Peter, Jeff, and Rio with Harry. Plans for Miles to join him. -Ends with Aaron putting on Goblin mask for first time, readying to fly to NYC.

I forgot about this thread. I think I'll share what my original plans for New Warriors were later on. They're too long to type on my phone.

So, let's set the stage. It was earlier last year. My plans for Defenders fell through and I wrote one issue of Ultimate Lantern at UDC, but I wanted to write a team title here. Chris Yost and Marcus To's New Warriors had just been announced and I thought, "I could write something about that!"
For those who don't know, the cast was: Hellion, Magma, Sun Girl, Nova, Speedball, Night Thrasher, Justice, Firestar, James Keller (who I don't think has appeared in the comics before), and some villains. Also, some people from Squadron Supreme. They were good guys, but we'll get to that. Oh, and the city of Los Angeles was a character in itself as well.
So, now's the recap. Issue one opens with Hellion and Magma talking about the past, it's heavily implied that they went to some mutant school together, but it wasn't the Xavier School as that had not been established yet. James Keller bought Dwayne Taylor's company and the New Warriors along with it. Introductions are had as Hellion and Magma meet the team they are about to join. Justice and Firestar have reluctantly retired due to a surprise pregnancy (more on that later). Tombstone attacks the company's main place of business and tries to steal everything with the help of his daughter, Beetle. Hellion is captured and his fate seems unknown (obviously, he lives).
Magma's protection instincts go into overdrive and she kills Tombstone, leaving Beetle to flee claiming she'll have her revenge against the New Warriors. Keller Dynamics "takes care" of the body and hides what Magma has done from the public. Next character to be introduced is Tesla Tarasova, the Electric Ghost (seriously, read Latour and Klein's run on Winter Soldier, it's good). Through Julian, the reader would've found out that who he thought was an ex-girlfriend of his brother before he came out of the closet, was actually a secret agent. No one knows who she works for, although I would have tried to work it in that she did work for SHIELD that, on the off chance she was ever caught, they could have plausible deniability.
It's also revealed that Roxxon has built portals to other Earths and has begun to mine their resources, leaving these Earths as barren husks. Tesla states that she needs the New Warriors help getting the portal out of Roxxon's hands as the people she works for don't like anyone having this technology. Hellion, Nova, and Sun Girl travel to New York with the Electric Ghost to steal the device and bring it back to Los Angeles where it is stored in Keller Dynamics HQ.
Now, here's where things get a little screwy. Justice and Firestar's relationship has become strained. She doesn't want a child, she wants to keep fighting crime. Justice finds the prospect of settling down and raising a kid to be exciting, despite their young age. Scientists (implied to work for SHIELD as well) come to Los Angeles to work on the device. The story then switches perspectives and shows the Squadron Supreme on their Earth. Now, the Squadron Supreme are assholes. They're like the Ultimates, but with DC character pastiches. For instance, the one that's like Batman is in love with the one that's like Wonder Woman, but she's carrying on an affair with Hyperion whilst still being married to her human husband. And it would be implied that the one that's like the Green Arrow is not the original one and that he's an impostor of some sort.
Anyways, this part shows how Roxxon's inter-dimensional fuckery has fucked everything on their Earth up. The superheroes have begun fighting back against the devices that collect resources and they've begun killing everyone on the planet (most of the Squadron is dead at this point). The Squadron builds their own device and sends two emissaries over. The one that's like Wonder Woman and some guy that can control fire and ice that I only picked because there was no Black Lightning type of guy (I also had to, in a sense, "exchange" Red Tornado for Martian Manhunter).
Anyways, the emissaries tell the New Warriors and James Keller that they have eight hours to get back to their world, explaining the danger that is on their world. They claim that they simply want a place to empty all their world's residents into, superheroes or not, and that if they can find a way to do that, then great. James, and pretty much everyone in the room, knows that this simply isn't possible. Tensions become strained over the eight hours of talking and at the end the rest of the Squadron comes through the portal, led by Hyperion. The New Warriors, still not entirely used to working together, fight the Squadron. Hellion tries to go toe-to-toe with Hyperion, Night Thrasher fights the Batman-wannabe, etc. Eventually, regular people from the Squadron's Earth begin emptying out of the portal and start setting up a device. The device is revealed to be a dome forcefield that will keep everyone in and everyone else out. The New Warriors take Firestar and James out of the city while Justice and the Electric Ghost stay behind to fight.
Now, I looked through my messages and I found a PM thread I sent to Drake when I was drunk. It was about a crossover that built out of all that stuff that just happened. I think the mods were discussing rebooting at the time, so it was quashed and I only had one issue up anyways, so...
Anyways, the crossover would be split between it's own miniseries, New Warriors, and the books that chose to tie into the storyline. The miniseries would tell the story of the New Warriors teaming up with various heroes and trying to get under the dome that covers Los Angeles, New Warriors would be about a threeway war between Beetle and the gangs under her command, the army that came through the portal, and Electric Ghost and Justice's group of various do-gooders (no other superheroes though).
While this all happens, Firestar goes into labor and, sadly, loses the baby. She flees from the rest of the heroes, as she wishes to be alone, stating that Justice will know where to find her. The New Warriors manage to push the Squadron out of Los Angeles and prisons are built to hold them (this could have also been the reason for the creation of Prison 42 in the Negative Zone). Justice is offered a place in the Avengers (I was planning to do an Avengers arc). However, it also becomes clear that the New Warriors were wrong in their actions and Keller Dynamics is shut down and Hellion and Magma are arrested, while Nova flees for space. Sun Girl, Speedball, and Night Thrasher escape the authorities and retire. James Keller is grief stricken over the destruction he's caused and commits suicide.
The series ends with Hellion and Magma in a supervillain prison (not the one the Squadron Supreme is held at), they are then broken out by Electric Ghost and some other characters (this would confirm that she does in fact work for SHIELD). While escaping from the law and heading to this strange team's secret base, the leader of said group reveals himself, and asks Hellion and Magma to join the Secret Warriors, which would've been the sequel to New Warriors, dealing with a whole litany of threats and problems.

So....actually I've decided to skip the chapter outlines ('cause I only have two complete ones) and just write summaries for each arc. Hopefully I remember as much of these as possible.
Spider-Man #17-20: Tangled Web 17- Threading a New Beginning 18- Broken Strands
The arc opens in Midtown High where Miles and Ganke discuss the whole Spider-Man thing. Miles isn't quite open to Ganke helping out yet. During the convo, Ganke tries multiple times to break the news to Miles that he's bisexual. He never gets the chance. Ted Altman is bullying Billy Kaplan for (coincidentally) being gay. Miles has to intervene. So does Ganke. In the end, it's actually Kate Bishop who gets Ted to leave. Billy rejects the three of them, claiming it'll only make things worse, but Ganke manages to convince him otherwise with a short story from his past. (In my notes, I rather cheesily added that the two share a moment; similarly Kate and Miles share one...finally was getting to romance!) As they head to class, Miles gets pulled away. There's a fire.
Afterwards, Miles returns home. Rio confronts him about being covered in soot. She claims she knows he's Spider-Man (gasp!). Miles denies everything. Things escalate when the two overhear the News (yes, the TV was on) change from just that to a live broadcast--it's Scorpion, and he's got Hammerhead, the Kingpin of Crime! He executes Hammerhead and puts out a bounty on every superhuman in NYC. Spider-Man in particular (and the F4, etc.) is wanted for 1,000,000 dollars. That's 17.
Miles tries to pull out of the convo from Rio, but she stops him and tells him being Spider-Man is fine. Short convo. Then Ganke calls Miles, tells him to come see him. Miles agrees, but calls Peter first, who doesn't answer. From Pete's perspective, you find him at knifepoint by a mysterious person in the shadows. Miles swings for Ganke's but finds mugging. He helps stop it, but the girl (muggee) does most of the work, kicking the mugger's ass. Turns out the girl is Kate Bishop. By this point, Miles is certainly crushing a bit.
Miles arrives at Ganke's place, and Tommy is there too. Tommy explains to Miles that he discovered a "secret project" at ParkerCorp--newly remade Ock arms--after they were stolen. Tommy's convinced that the only reason that would happen is if Peter (yeah, he knows Peter is Spidey, much to Miles' dismay) hadn't completely eliminated all of the Ock personality. In this reality it's common knowledge that Spider-Man went thru a Superior moment where Ock took over his body before sacrificing himself and letting Peter back in control. Miles freaks out, but denies. In truth, he thinks it might be true, and Peter might be compromised.
Miles heads out, though Ganke tries to stop him. He wants to go see Peter, but on his way he's attacked by an assassin. (Honestly, I didn't write it down so I'm not sure who the assassin was. It was supposed to be a fun cameo). Miles escapes and goes to Peter's HQ, but finds him gone. There's been a struggle....and there's a note. Anna Kravinoff is in town and she wants Miles' blood.
Will get to 19 + 20 later.

Some of those plans sound awesome, jelly, but that ending's depressing as hell! LOL I hope Secret Warriors would've been happier. Sorry if that sounds bitchy. I'm half joking, but that is really sad.

I didn't plan a lot for Secret Warriors, just that it would spin out of New Warriors and would be less about one big story and more like a bunch of smaller stories with a lot of adventure. I think it would have felt happier. We began discussing the reboot so soon after New Warriors #1 was released that I put all my effort into plotting Astonishing X-Men.

Oh LOL just realized that "Tangled Web" was six issues long, not 4. In about six hours (after I get all the shit I have to do out of the way), I plan on putting up the rest of the plot for that arc. Hopefully I get to my last arc by the time next weekend swings around (see what I did there? )

I wonder if I should contribute to this?
Admittedly, I had no issues up because I dropped the ball, but the idea was to redefine magic into something more modern and urban. With the majority of the magical world at my disposal (especially after MRP left) the idea was that Sofia Strange was on the search for the New Sorcerer Supreme, after Salome, utilising the remains of natural magic, had turned Stephen Strange and Baron Mordo into City Wraiths.
Sofia would be taken across the globe, and touching on the basis of lots of different types of modern magic, from technomagics, to Narcopathy, and Chronolchemy. Eventually, after Sofia had gathered up, and meeting the other magicians (and defeating a few) she is faced with her Father, and his enemy, in the streets of London. Sofia, with her friends, including Astrid Mordo, and the "Sorcerer Supreme" Wiccan, find their place, and their strength, and Sofia dispatches the pair of them quickly, turning the entire city into a divining rod.
It is then revealed that Sofia has been the Sorcerer Supreme the whole time and she goes into battle with Salome.
It is something I'd like to do, perhaps, later, but with Strange already having appeared and being a part of plans for Fantastic Four, there are elements of it, like the driving force of Sofia being the star, are lost. So, yeah, confined, for the time being to What Could Have Happened, files.

19 opens quite anti-climactically, as Miles ignores Anna's note and the address and time she told him to meet her. Instead, he goes to the computers, turns 'em on and lo and behold! They work. Anna's an amateur. Miles activates the spider tracker program. Turns out Pete's had the two of them (and their family) bugged since he originally got captured. Miles follows Pete's signal to an apartment where he engages in combat with Anna. While she's an inexperienced assassin, her fighting skills are extraordinary. Still, she's only human and Miles manages to beat her, turning her into the authorities.
That's right....the cops? Don't they hate Spider-Man? Well, between the Bugle backing him A LOT and Peter's own behind the scenes work, he's not wanted anymore. In fact, Spider-Man is so celebrated, Miles soon discovers most assassins won't go after him. HOWEVER, cut to Anna in jail. A woman comes to see her and offers her a job.
Next day at school, lunch break, Miles plans to go off and fight crime, but Kate Bishop stops him. She's curious why he always disappears. Drugs? Gangs? A job? A job, yeah, Miles agrees. Kate doesn't buy it, even after Ganke and Tommy back him up. She finally leaves before Miles gets up the courage to ask her out, and the three boys are left together. Tommy's discovered some more about the Ock incident. He knows Olivia King is involved, probably running the project. Miles decides to tail her after school.
In fact....cut to after school. Miles hasn't told Peter about the Ock arms thing in case he is compromised. He waits outside for Dr. King (Olivia King that is) to leave. She never does. Eventually, Miles takes off the mask et al. and goes inside. He causes a ruckus but Bill Connors is there and keeps him from getting out. Miles explains he's there to see Peter. Bill wants to know why not just call. Miles doesn't really have a good answer, and then decides he's going to see Tommy....until it turns out Tommy hasn't shown to work that day. Weird, right?
Miles goes to see his parents (who are SUPER douches) and discovers Tommy hasn't arrived home from school either. Miles knows something's up, and he decides he has no choice. He's going to confront Peter. Meanwhile in a mysterious lair (cue dramatic music), Tommy's tied up and a cloaked person with Ock arms uses a voice synthesizer to hide their identity as they interrogate Tommy, demanding to know what he knows.
Miles talks to Peter, who is as surprised about the Ock thing as he is. In fact, he believes Olivia can't be involved because she's been at the company forever, is so great, an expert in biochem, etc. Miles won't have it. Tommy (who he begrudgingly admits is his friend) is in danger. Peter agrees to help out with whatever he can, and heads into the building to look for clues in whatever way he can.
OK....holy shit. I have other stuff to do and this is taking a long time. No more scene by scene things. Sorry. That's sudden, but I'm tired of typing that stuff.
Miles ends up getting attacked once or twice more, and actually defeated by Anna Kravinoff, who he's pissed to know isn't in jail. Peter digs too deep and (GASP) discovers Olivia is the Ock scientist. HOWEVER, she discovers his digging and sends assassins after his family. It's been a while though, and Mayday's expecting it this time. She single-handedly beats the shit out of some assassins with....super strength? Much to her mother's shock, May reveals she's been changing for a while now. In fact, only reason the Goblin caught her at all was because of her freaking out, not because she didn't have the strength to fight back.
Miles discovers Scorpion's working with Olivia--the new Doc Ock--who's hired Anna under her. Olivia stabs Miles through the chest with one of her metal arms, and to make matters worse, the arms are covered in a biotoxin. As Miles bleeds out, he freaks out, the poison causing him to panic. 20's big cliffhanger is Spider-Man crying as he bleeds out.
Anna gets pissy because she wanted to kill Spidey. Well, none of them get the chance because Captain Marvel crashes into the building. After Broken's finish, Peter called her up and asked for help. She--with Peter in her ear--saves Miles and subdues the villains (temporarily). She flies Miles to the F4 who manage to save his life. Yay! Happy ending! Until it's not. Miles wakes up, and Reed regretfully informs him he's been paralyzed from the waste down.
Shockingly, that's not the end of the issue. Peter confronts May about her powers. He feels he has no choice but to explain his past. He does, and suddenly everything makes sense. The two go to the Baxter Building to check on Miles. May freaks out, and decides to kick the villain's ass herself (she's got Spidey powers, not just strength). Peter doesn't even try to stop her. With the help of the F4 and Captain Marvel, the newly minted Spider-Girl (wearing a suit made for her by the F4) head out.
Last issue is short (probably anywhere from 2000-3000 words). The heroes check out the villain's base. It's empty. They head thru the city (and organized crime) till they find Scorpion. Spider-Girl beats him to hell, until he explains that Doc Ock and Anna are out of town. From there, the heroes effectively dismantle his organized crime, stop the gang war. Throughout this time, Miles mopes. His mom sees him, doesn't help. Ganke sees him, and after Miles won't stop being a bitch (although he can fairly be one), Ganke explains Spider-Man isn't Miles. He's more than that. Miles isn't sure. Big moment where Ganke admits to having loved Miles forever. "Like a brother?" No, more than that. Ganke admits he's moved on (in fact is going on a date with Billy Kaplan soon). Miles isn't sure how to react, but he shows his true character when he hugs Ganke anyway. The two are best friends. Nothing will change that.
Peter uses his News outlet (turns out it's the Bugle) to publish the crazy story that the new Spider-Man is DEAD! Elsewhere, Olivia is happy to discover this, but a man in the shadows isn't. She tries to calm him; it's clear the two have a relationship. Harry's there, and so is Anna. The man deduces that Miles isn't dead, but something is wrong. He doesn't care. VENOM steps forward, and says they have to start the next stage in their plan. First off, that means bringing the other two Sixers in--Scorpion and MYSTERIO!

I've been wanting to do this for awhile, but I didn't want to influence anyone interested in Iron Man. And since IronGuy is doing something completely different from me, I feel okay about putting this up. I've forgotten a portion of it, but, here goes. What Could Have Been: thejellyfish's Iron Man Run So, I love Jonathan Hickman. I think he's great. It's no secret that my Astonishing X-Men is influenced by his Avengers run, but there was something else I wanted to do. There was some stuff from that run that I cannot put in X-Men. I needed to do another title to scratch the itch. I tried my hand at writing a Guy Gardener solo series at Ultimate DC and I liked the focus of doing a solo series and I thought about which characters would be perfect for that kind of story. I wanted to do a Moon Knight/Ant-Man team-up series, but that just wouldn't do. It had to be an Avenger - or at least a super genius.
That character wound up being Iron Man.
So, then I looked into Hickman's FF run and found that there was a lot of stuff to do with AIM, who I enjoy and I got to work. Iron Man #1 was about Tony fighting Titanium Man and then Stark Tower getting taken over by AIM. In reviews, people said that Tony spoke a bit like Spider-Man, but I had a reason for that.
So anyways, Happy Hogan (Tony's personal bodyguard) went on an anniversary date with his boyfriend and was away from the tower when this all went down. Meanwhile, Scott Lang (not yet Ant-Man, just the Chief Security Officer) was also away from the tower as he went to pick up Cassie from school. The only inhabitants in the penthouse are Tony, Pepper, and Jarvis. Andrew Forson storms in and demands that Tony go with them for some unknown reason. Tony goes to the bathroom, opens the medicine cabinet, and pulls out an orange bottle. Here, it is revealed that he is addicted to anti-depressants. My take on "Demon in a Bottle." He comes out and agrees to meet Forson on the roof. Everyone else has to get out of his home ASAP.
Everyone leaves, but Jarvis wants to know why they were there in the first place. Forson reveals that Howard Stark was the Scientist Supreme, a figure chosen by the manifestation of Eternity to be the greatest of scientists. AIM is a pseudo-religion based around this idea. The one after him has just passed away and another will be chosen, the front runner being Tony (Andrew Forson and Hank McCoy were also on the list and I was going to ask if Hank Pym, Reed Richards, Dr. Doom, and Sue Storm could also be on the list).
He drags Pepper into the Armory and drops some hooblah about how he's always loved her despite him being 30 and her being 22 (not that big of an age gap honestly, but I can see it creeping someone out) and that "she'll know what to do." They both cry and Tony leaves for his fate. He meets Forson on the roof, who drops some words about how he's going to make a great Scientist Supreme. Tony then tackles Forson off the roof and the arc ends there, ambiguous as to whether or not Tony and Forson live.
There was also a subplot about the Mandarin trying to get Tony to go to his city for something, but War Machine intercepts the message and goes in his place. While there, Rhodes discovers that the Mandarin is dying and that his men have located AIM Island. He also reveals that a ship leaving AIM Island crashed off the coast of the city and its cargo is now in storage somewhere in the city. The cargo is revealed to be Adaptoids, and War Machine views video footage of one being activated and going crazy. Mandarin reveals that AIM has just had a bit of a civil war, with some splintering off into other groups, and that Tony needs to watch over the Adaptoids once Mandarin passes, because he's the only reason they stay away. Rhodes hears about what's been happening back in New York and decides to fly back to America.
The second would be a two part flashback arc, revealing that Howard was unhappy with AIM's goals and "quit" science, causing Eternity to take away the title of Scientist Supreme. Years later, Tony walks through Central Park while out on a date with a woman when Magneto attacks. As per AXM #0, the X-Men beat Magneto, causing his death. Tony, meanwhile, is injured badly. Howard, not willing to let the world take away that which he is most proud of, builds his last invention, the arc reactor, and saves his son's life and passes away shortly thereafter. The next chapter would've been the stuff with the terrorists and Ho Yinsen and the first suit of armor, traditional Iron Man stuff.
The next arc picks up right after Tony tells Pepper that he loves her. Jarvis reveals that there is a suit made for a woman and she puts it on to go rescue Tony. Pepper sees Forson and Tony falling and saves Tony, however Forson's armor manages to reboot itself and he flies away. She lands on the ground (roughly) and kisses Tony. Happy, Scott, and Scott's girlfriend, the musician known as Darla Deering, are outside the building and see everything. Everyone cheers.
That's about all I remember planning but I did have some other ideas, which I will go into detail on below.
- War Machine describing the Adaptoids to Tony who decides to check it out. - Scott stealing some stuff from Hank Pym and eventually becoming Ant-Man was discussed briefly. - Darla Deering getting her own super powers similar to Monica Rambeau and becoming a superhero. - Tony starting Force Works (I'd probably call it something else) featuring himself, War Machine, Rescue, Ant-Man, and Darla. - Mandarin passing away and the kidnapping of Hank McCoy. - The beginning of the AIM War. - Tony and Remy LeBeau infiltrating a gala where a business deal is going down that can lead them to AIM. - AIM clashing with it's splinter groups. - MODOK is crowned Scientist Supreme. - The Adaptoids are unleashed upon the world and the Mapmakers and Sidera Maris are born. - The AIM War ends with the death of Andrew Forson and the disappearance of Dr. Kashmir Vennema. - Series ends with Tony going to rehab for his addiction to anti-depressants, leaving the door wide open for whoever wanted to come next.
I'm sorry I can't remember everything I had planned, but I think that covers most of it. Hope you guys enjoyed reading!

This inspired me a bit. Hopefully I'll put up the rest of my Spider-Man run soon.
