So, as many of you may know, my Guardians run will be coming to an end in the next 6 months (at the latest). I already have a story in mind to replace Guardians; one that would act as an 8-issue conclusion to my runs in the previous continuities and tie up any loose ends from GotG. No matter what, this story is a must. Now, we've struggled to get Iron Man into continuity for years now. It's the new "X-Men" in the sense that the title is "cursed" to never reach continuity. I don't actually believe in curses, but it's amusing nonetheless. I have a great idea for an Iron Man title that would last 12-16 issues and I'm eager to try it out. However, that would mean my Spider-Man run would go on hiatus until I could pick it up again (assumedly after my big secret title is finished). Normally I'd immediately say I should just stick to Spidey, but Peter would actually feature heavily in the other title; we'll call it an event for now.
So, with all that in mind, what do you think? Do I continue Spider-Man unabated, and leave Iron Man to potentially never be claimed, or do I put Spider-Man on hiatus to claim IM, potentially killing the story's momentum?
Please vote in the poll.
NOTE: The "story" is my current story. The Sinister Six story would be this 5-issue arc, the next two-issue arc, and the following 6-issue arc.
